1. System License & Usage
ERP Cloud 365 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our ERP modules on our cloud platform. Under our unlimited users policy, you are permitted to add unlimited staff users, accountants, and coordinators to your target database.
2. Financial Compliance Disclaimer
While our system calculates UAE VAT output, input tax returns, and WPS salary bank registers, it is the responsibility of your company auditors and tax managers to verify accuracy before finalizing tax filings or bank submissions.
3. System Availability & Service Levels (SLA)
We target a 99.9% cloud system availability. Database maintenance and version upgrades are executed during off-peak weekend hours (GST timezone) with advance notification emails dispatched to your system administrators.
