1. Data Ownership & Sovereignty
Under ERP Cloud 365 terms, you retain full and complete ownership of all data, transactions, journal entries, client files, and payroll records entered into the ERP system. We do not inspect, monetize, or transfer your database entries to any third party.
2. Security Measures & Encryption
We implement comprehensive security measures. All traffic in transit is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Data at rest (including transaction history, files, and backups) is encrypted using AES-256 standards on secure cloud data centers.
3. User Access Control
Access to the system is governed by role-based security configurations. It is the responsibility of your system administrator to assign permissions. Our support coordinators only access client databases upon direct request to solve technical tickets.
