How the desktop edition works
Your books stay on your computer
Every invoice, ledger entry and report is stored in a local database in your user folder. Nothing is uploaded.
Sign in with your ERP Cloud 365 account
Your password, plan and enabled modules are verified online at sign-in, so your subscription keeps working exactly as it does on the web.
Keeps working offline
Lost the internet? Keep working for up to seven days on the last verified licence, then sign in online again.
Protected against deletion
The database is locked against accidental deletion, backed up automatically every day, and can be backed up to a USB drive or restored from the File menu.

Pick the installer for your computer below.

Install
Run it. Windows and macOS may warn that the publisher is unknown — choose “More info → Run anyway” or right-click → Open.

Sign in
Use the same email and password as app.erpcloud365.com. Your company workspace is set up on first sign-in.
